Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

While we strive to ensure that our product images are as accurate as possible, please note that slight variations in color, embroidery, or fabric texture may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and photography. Each piece is crafted with care to match the design shown, so you will receive a high-quality product that reflects the style and details of the picture.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt has been sent directly to your email address. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder if you don’t see it) for the receipt.

How can I return an item?

To return an item from Gulnisa, please email us at info@gulnisa.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Our team will provide instructions for returning the product. Once we receive and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange according to Gulnisa’s return policy.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

At Gulnisa, we do restock popular items whenever possible. If a product is marked as ‘out of stock’, we recommend signing up for notifications or contacting us at info@gulnisa.com to receive updates when it becomes available again.

Where can I ship my order?

At Gulnisa, we ship orders to Pakistan Only. During checkout, you can select your shipping address, and the available options will be displayed.
